**Recruitment Consultant**

**Skelmersdale - £23k - £25k + £70k OTE**

We are a working with a leading Construction Recruitment Firm looking to add top graduate talent to their office. Their team is dedicated and full of career driven individuals who have been trained to professionally deliver recruitment solutions to reputable construction / property recruitment companies.

**What is a Recruitment Consultant?**

Within their company being rewarded for your hard work is what we are all about, they know that Recruitment isn’t easy. So when you are hitting your targets we offer quarterly incentives which can include: the races, the tennis and Michelin star restaurants. These incentives are there to keep you motivated but if you don’t have the drive and self-motivation already, this is not the job for you.

Although Executive Recruitment has lots of perks there are also downsides to the role, it is a form of sales and with sales comes rejection. The rejection in these roles is constant, if you struggle bouncing back from knock backs, you will not enjoy this position
