**Title: Flexible Training Champion and SuppoRTT**
**Tenure**:The appointment will be for 12 months initially.
Applications for the above role are invited from senior clinicians within the care organisation with a proven record of providing support to trainees, colleagues and other stakeholders.

Funding for 0.5 PA session to be incorporated into the post holder’s job plan.

Essential criteria
- GMC accredited Clinical Supervisor (Certified & on HENW register)
- GMC accredited Educational Supervisor (Certified & on HENW register)
- Understand the need of current and potential LTFT trainees in the NCA.
- Have knowledge and understanding of junior doctor rostering and rotas, as well as NHSE ENW structures relevant to LTFT training.
- Understand the broader workplace equalities agenda - the law and policies covering pregnancy, maternity leave, discrimination etc.
- Have the ability to advocate effectively, be capable of challenging and effecting change with senior management.
- Be able to provide confidential advice to LTFT trainees facing difficulties in relation to their LTFT status.
