ERP Solution Specialist required for a leading, international engineering and manufacturing group who operate in more than a dozen countries. Offering excellent benefits, salary package and holidays.
Priding themselves on offering bespoke services and solutions worldwide with a sustainable approach in everything they do. ERP Solution Specialist (Material Controller) required to join and strengthen the ICT Team, covering sites across the world thereforemulti-site experience is essential.
SAP ERP systems are some of the most important processes, an integral role for processing, running and following business transactions therefore the successful ERP Solution Specialist (Material Controller) have confidence in taking lead.
As ERP Solution Specialist (Material Controller) you will form one of key roles across the business, running the operations and making business critical decisions for the company and the group. The successfully chosen ERP Solution Specialist (Material Controller)will be educated to MSc or BSc in Information Technology.
Daily responsibilities of the ERP Solution Specialist (Material Controller) will be as follows, therefore prior experience is essential:

- Technical lead and control on an ERP system, responsibility of the development activities related to these systems.
- Experience and hands-on, practical skills with SAP ERP (Business One Plus would be a bonus)
- Communication with different stakeholders and the team on a constant basis; solving problems, implementing modifications and continuously supporting users in their work.
- Supporting and guiding users with any problems; handling support requests
- Running ERP maintenance and development activities.
- Collecting and implementing improvement ideas
- Developing new functionalities
- Making suitable configurations to the system to encourage improvements
- You will be developing service processes and tools working in a fast-paced environment

Key skills required of the successful ERP Solution Specialist (Material Controller) will need to cover the following but not be limited to:

- Knowledge and experience working with different business processes, relevant within IT systems
- Testing and documentation skills; ability to teach, lead and instruct others
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and adapt in a multi-cultural environment with empathy
- Highly productive with a positive can-do attitude; natural ability to mentor, motivate and lead
- Organised approach to making things happen
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experienced in business processes and technical system maintenance tasks
