**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare molds for casting.
- Fabricate steels for concrete posts.
- Execute pouring and demolding of concrete posts using specialized machinery within a collaborative team environment.
- Support fellow operatives.
- Engage in concrete finishing tasks.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings.
- Contribute to a friendly team working towards the production of top-notch retaining wall systems.
- Owns reliable transportation.
- Demonstrates keen attention to detail.
- Displays commitment and maintains a positive attitude.
