Overview:
To receive and direct clients and visitors to the Wilmslow site. Operate the switchboard, support events and carry out general reception duties. To offer a range of administrative support to the wider company.

**Responsibilities**:

- To efficiently answer internal and external telephone calls. Screening, transferring calls and taking messages where necessary.
- Maintain and update internal contact records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including sending documents via FedEx.
- Control access to the visitor’s car park and goods in car park via the video intercom system and direct as necessary.
- Issue security passes and log all internal security system.
- Meet and greet visitors to site.
- Booking hot offices and meeting rooms on request
- Assisting the organisation and running of onsite events
- Update and grow the staff intranet page which advertises local offers to 650+ employees
- Supporting visiting employees, trainees and customers with taxi requirements and other ad-hoc requests including restaurant bookings and providing local information.
- Setting up and manning registration desk for external groups of visitors, liaising with organisers, facilities, and restaurant staff.
- Keeping inventory of stationery and refreshments and raising PR’s to reorder when required.
- Book taxis on taxi booking system.
- General administrative support as required.
- Carrying-out end of day procedures.
- To carry out any reasonable task associated to achieving Waters Wilmslow objectives

Qualifications:
**Education**:
Educated to at least GCSE standard or equivalent with substantial experience in a similar role

**Experience**:

- Reception, Customer Service experience.
- Proficiency in MS office (MS Outlook, MS Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility in working practices

**Competencies**:

- Excellent communicator both verbal and written.
- Experience working in an administrative environment implementing and following policies and procedures.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively under pressure is essential.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Be personable and professional in dealing with callers and visitors.
