**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a passionate and driven CRM Exec to join the marketing team based in our new corporate head office in Coleshill near Birmingham.
We require a CRM marketing professional to make their mark for the UK’s largest skin care clinic group with big aspirations and a desire to build amazing client relationships. You’ll be supporting the group CRM Manager on the CRM strategy, developing customer journeys and executing compelling campaigns to drive sales and growth and helping evolve the business focus on after care and loyalty. You’ll be supporting national and local campaigns and help us evolve our data and insight to capability.
Your proactive approach means you’ll be both inquisitive and also able to get stuck in to the finer details.
**Reporting to the Group CRM Manager, key duties will include**:
- Be responsible for the CRM campaign creation, optimisation and execution.
- Work with the CRM Manager on planning, testing and analysis.
- Create the communications plan using a mixture of marketing channels where appropriate.
- Delivery of campaigns in a fast pace environment, across multiple brands.
- Work closely with Insights, Content, Creative and Legal to execute the campaigns efficiently.
- Brief creative copy and data requirements to the marketing/data teams as required.
- Act as a point of contact between other teams in the business to keep projects on track.
- Report on CRM campaign results (open rates, CTR, engagement, enquiries & value packs.)
- Update customer support on all CRM campaigns, pre, during and post campaign launch.
- Execute the testing strategy to ensure optimisation remains at the heart of all communication.
- Help answer any customer support queries relating to CRM campaigns.
- Optimise campaigns to deliver against KPI's.
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand and the CRM team to share learnings.
**What we’re looking for in you**:
- 1 - 2 years’ experience and proven track record in delivering successful, integrated CRM campaigns
- A highly motivated, proactive individual with a passion for data driven marketing
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple brands / projects efficiently & effectively
- A confident and articulate communicator, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence people
- Be inspirational, curious, determined, reliable and humble
- An organised team player who is as comfortable working in a team as they are working alone
- Previous hands on experience of working with Salesforce & Marketing Cloud or Dot Mailer would be a big advantage
- A desire to be part of a step change in our relationships with over 1 million previous and existing skin care clients and experience of a dynamic trading environment.
