The senior property assistant role is also a chance foryou to progress into a team leader role.

**The essence of the role**

Assisting the property manager in the management of a portfolio ensuring customer enquires are dealt with effectively and providing outstanding customer service. Support and mentor the junior property assistant with their portfolio and personal development.

**Scope of the Senior Property Assistant role**
- Updating and maintaining the property management system ensuring it is accurate with property and client data
- Working alongside the property management team to ensure that any work orders have been carried appropriately
- Assist customers with any enquires via all forms and communication channels
- Work and instruct third party contractors to carry out works on your portfolio
- General administrative duties and conducting regular compliance checks
- Assisting the junior property assistants with their portfolios
- Creating training plans and helping with junior assistants’ progression

**Prerequisites**
- Block management experience is essential
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Strives to provide high quality customer service
- Effective communication with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to adapt and solve problems
