Your role as a Senior Environment Artist
- Create and own environments and tracks, w

You will work with the Lead Artist to develop new processes and ultimately forge environments that follow the requirements set out by the Art Director.

You will also work with your team and producers to plan and track your work, identify issues and solutions to increase the visual quality of our games.

Your role as a Senior Environment Artist
- Create visually amazing organic environments
- Be proactive, methodical and identify dependencies and risks
- Communicate across the team with the Art team to discuss progress and review work.
- Be aware of potential risks to the project and bring it to the attention of management
- Collaborate with all disciplines to understand their requirements and propose solutions.

The role involves creating visually stunning environments and tracks for console games with a strong focus on world-building, set dressing, and visual storytelling.

You will work closely with the Lead Artist to develop new processes, collaborate with all disciplines to understand their requirements, and propose solutions. You must have experience working on two games through the full production pipeline as a Senior Artist, preferably AAA titles, and knowledge of multiple art and animation pipelines.

You should have a strong eye for world-building, be proactive, methodical, and able to identify dependencies and risks. You will work hybrid 1-2 days a week max in the office and earn 60-68K + excellent benefits.

A detailed portfolio showcasing the relevant skills for the role is required. If you have experience in Houdini, creating organic assets, worked on high-end film quality projects, have experience in real-time lighting, and passion for photography and other art forms, it will be considered a bonus.
