Cook needed to join the team at Old Roselyon Nursing home.

Preparing homemade, hot meals for 26 residents, and community lunches. Home made cakes, puddings. preparing food for specialist diets - pureed, liquidised, fork mashable, diabetic, fortified.

managing time effectively, cooking food from a 3 weekly menu.

Being able to work unsupervised, but also working well within a team,

Ordering Food and supplies.

Cleaning kitchen and food prep area.

being responsible, and accountable for kitchen inspections,

Kitchen assistant on hand to help.

every other weekend.

Shift time - 0700-1300

part time - 2 to 3 shifts a week.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-18 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.30 per hour
