**Helpdesk Operator - DBS**

A Helpdesk Operator is required on a full time bias located in the Blackburn area.

We are a facilities management company for an acute hospital. We answer calls from staff and log on a bespoke system and dispatch to on site engineers. Also ad hoc admin duties as required.

**Skills**:

- Ability to multi task
- Experience of inbound customer service
- Skilled on word/excel and PC
- Ability to work within a team

**PLEASE NOTE**

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 months

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blackburn, Lancashire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)
- Technical support (preferred)
