An exciting opportunity to get into event marketing. Join us as a Senior Marketing Executive and become part of our collaborative team putting on two annual trade events. We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills, experience of using marketing IT systems and confidence communicating with business professionals.

About us
Diversified Communications UK is part of a rapidly growing, highly successful trade exhibition and media group. Our head office is in Portland, Maine, USA.
We successfully organise 17 trade shows and 3 industry awards, all of which are leaders in their given sector. We are also publishers of two leading trade magazines and produce a range of digital products that support the industries we serve.

THE ROLE
- Creating and updating webpages in Wordpress
- Create, schedule and post social media communications
- Collation of content for a variety of event marketing collateral
- Fulfilment of advertising activity including briefing designers and managing copy deadlines
- Assist in the development and management of the exhibitor manual system
- Assist in organising direct mail activity
- Deal with enquiries from exhibitors and visitors
- Participate onsite in the running of the live events
- Basic office administration

YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years' experience in a marketing role
- First class communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident using social media and knowledge of digital marketing techniques
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and an ability to use business IT systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Can work to deadlines
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and calm under pressure
