As a Marketing Executive at Tillo you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team in all aspects - from social media posts and content campaigns to helping create design assets and everything in between, no day will be the same

We're looking for a **proactive** individual who is looking to build on existing marketing experience and wants to progress in their career within an innovative, fast growth business. You'll need to be passionate about all forms of content marketing and/or a marketing all-rounder with solid **copywriting** skills and some experience in creating campaigns from scratch.

We’re the market leader in the UK and are active in a number of other markets including Europe, Australia and India. This year we will continue to expand our presence in the US as well as setting up operations in new countries

If successful you'll have the opportunity to work closely with (and learn from) the wonderful Sophia, our passionate Senior Content Marketing Manager as well as the wider marketing team.

**If successful, you will**:

- Collaborate with the Senior Content Marketing Manager to develop compelling marketing materials that resonate with Tillo’s target audience
- Contribute to thought leadership pieces such as blogs, ebooks, case studies, and value proposition marketing campaign collateral
- Ideate with the Senior Content Marketing Manager to ensure all social media channels are up-to-date, relevant, and engaging to our followers
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams in collating target accounts and contact lists to support ABM programmes and outreach activity
- Support with the administration and organisation of events and webinars, including logistics where applicable

**About you**:
You're a highly **organised**, self-starter with some experience in a marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment. You're comfortable working from our Hove office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You have experience:

- Working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
- Writing/proofreading long and short-form content for spelling and grammatical errors
- Thinking on your feet, you're confident problem solving when things don't go to plan

It's not essential, but we'd love to hear from you if you have some experience with:

- SaaS/Fintech marketing
- Hubspot (or any social media scheduling tools)
- Trello/Asana
- Adobe Creative Cloud/Canva
