**Salary**: £18-24K depending on experience
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join GDS Technologies, a leading manufacturer of fixed gas detection equipment. This is a full-time, permanent role supporting the Management team throughout various departments and responsibilities, ensuring our global client base of distributors, resellers, and end customers continue to receive a smooth efficient service through assisting our servicing, sales and production departments and performing general office administration and finance-related tasks.
About the role:
- Provide general administration support, including but not limited to:
- Support order processing and invoicing in both the service and sales departments
- Ensuring accuracy of all documentation, including finance documentation e.g., sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
- General administration across a variety of areas and departments
- Maintaining client details, trading terms, payment terms, discount levels, credit limits etc. in CRM and Sage
- Regular communication with customers
- Maintaining department processes and documentation
- Purchasing of consumable office stationery
- Assist with sales analysis and reporting
- Stay up to date with GDS products and features
About you:
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Detail oriented
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Able to work using own initiative as well as working well within a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Flexible and enthusiastic
Desirable:
- Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Sage 50/200
- Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar role, providing administration support to finance and/or sales team

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
