This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Melbourn, to help support the growing needs of the business.

**We need you to have**:

- Good IT literacy skills - Fully Microsoft Office proficient
- Previous experience in an Administration role is desirable.
- Previous invoicing experience desirable, but full training given.
- Proven customer service skills in a professional environment, both face-to-face and on the phone
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
- Motivated, self-starter

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Answering the phone
- Covering reception and meeting room set up
- Booking lunches/couriers
- General administrative support for the admin team and management support
- Purchasing support
- Invoicing support

In this opportunity you’ll be joining our Chemical and pharma team, based at Melbourn Scientific, Royston, Cambridgeshire
