Working with a great company looking a plant supervisor. The principle function of the Plant Supervisor is the day-to-day supervision of the maintenance activities associated with Plant, HVAC and processing equipment. The Plant Supervisor is responsible for the performance of their reporting team.

**Planned Preventative Maintenance**:

- Ensure that planned maintenance programs are activated for all plant and equipment within the MMS (Maintenance Management System)
- Ensure adequate maintenance routines exist, at appropriate intervals, and that manufacturers service recommendations have been addressed.
- Supervisor the daily work allocation of maintenance engineers to ensure all scheduled activities are completed on schedule.

**Unplanned and Scheduled Follow-on Maintenance**:

- Monitor and control all maintenance requests ensuring adequate resource and oversight from generation to closure.
- Ensure emergency breakdowns are dealt with in a timely manner and that breakdown reports are generated and approved.
- Co-ordinate 24 hour call-out procedure to ensure adequate maintenance resources are available as required.

**Training & Development**
- Control all maintenance SOPs ensuring updates are completed as required.
- Train Maintenance staff in the SOPs relevant to the job role.
- Ensure the Learning Management System (LMS) is up to date.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Craigavon, County Armagh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Production Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- Production Management: 1 year (preferred)
