**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
BCG’s Offer Team provides specific support to BCG topic teams: we work closely with all of BCG’s Functional Practice Areas (PAs) to support the design, development, and marketing of the firm’s key offerings. We manage and deploy a set of best practices to drive offer excellence including offer development, marketing and go-to-market. We support collaboration across a community of Offer Managers, by orchestrating cross-team initiatives, professional development and sharing of best practices.
- Client Reference Program: you will help run the program by managing both the day-to-day execution and long-term demands. The goal of the program is to grow the reference library both in terms of number of clients and how much we can share publicly about the impact we are making. You’ll maintain the supporting program materials and microsite, and manage a pipeline of potential client references. Work directly with client relationship owners/Managing Directors & Partners to support client conversion and collaborate with Marketing teams to support the development of reference assets.
- Affiliation Management and content management for the Offer community: help engage the Offer Management community (over 40 Offer Managers), collaborate on organizing internal team activities (incl. calls, meetings, learning sessions), maintain an up-to-date repository of team materials.
- Immersion Centers of Excellence: support the logistics, planning and agenda for business discussions and events related to our immersive capabilities.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Prioritizing activities and working with others to get things done
- Managing and executing projects efficiently; providing hands-on support to multiple activities, often requiring solid organizational and communication skills
- Collaborating with various teams, at different levels of seniority across geographies, being able to communicate with people with diverse backgrounds, be a point of contact for the community

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- 4-6+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced Degree Preferred, in a business-related field
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic, service-oriented, with a high level of integrity, positive attitude, and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
- Experience in management consulting or other professional services firms preferred. Previous experience in BCG is a plus, ideally in a support function role
- Experience working in global and virtual teams at all levels of seniority
- Strong interpersonal skills: collaborative team player with ability to manage expectations, listen and look for input from others
- Proficiency in Windows Office (PowerPoint and Excel), digital teaming tools (Slack, Trello, Miro, SharePoint Online, etc.), and familiar with Content Management Systems
- Able to navigate in a complex, fast-paced and matrix organization

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
As part of our Offer Team, you will interact extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders from across the business, both geographically and functionally: Practice Area Offer Managers, Knowledge Team, Content Managers, Marketing Teams, Finance, Consultants, external vendors, etc.
