Job Summary
- To coordinate the IMT training programme on the Denmark Hill site and associated administrative systems for the IMT Training Programme Directors.
- To coordinate the SASG doctors' development programme working closely with the SASG Leads across the Trust.
- To coordinate the weekly Denmark Hill Grand Round (GR) sessions together with the GR Chair
- To provide administrative assistance within the Supported Return To Training (SRTT) and Less than full time (LTFT) team.
- To manage the procurement and finance systems and processes for PGMDE.
- To support and deputies for the PGMDE Service Manager across all areas of Administration responsibility including the supervision of the apprentice.
- Expected to work with the wider medical education team to support the effective delivery and quality assurance of a portfolio of high quality postgraduate medical and dental education and training for our doctors and dentists in training locally and within the sector.

**Responsibilities**:
1. IMT Training Programme Coordination
- To provide administrative support to the IMT Training Programme Directors for the co-ordination of the IMT training programme across the Denmark Hill site.
- To be the main point of support and contact to DH IMT trainees
- Ensure that the Local Faculty Groups are arranged, with appropriate representation and take minutes, book rooms and refreshments as required.
- To organise the weekly IMT teaching programme and keep records of trainees’ attendance
- To manage the e-portfolio system for the IMT trainees
- To develop an organised and robust system for the monitoring of the work place based assessments and curriculum requirements for the trainees.
- To coordinate the interim ARCP panels for the trainees
- To organise the Mock PACES exams, Simulation and Clinical Skills sessions required to enable the trainees to meet the curriculum requirements.

1. SASG Doctors
- Coordinate the development and support to the SASG Doctors for both the PRUH and DH site working closely with the SASG Lead.
- Provide administrative support to the SASG Lead
- Plan, organise, book rooms & catering, advertise, take minutes when required and evaluate SASG Training events and forums.
- Produce SASG activity and expenditure reports on a quarterly basis for the Senior Medical Education Manager and HEE.
- Upkeep of the SASG Doctors contacts for distribution of information

1. Grand Round
- To organise the weekly grand rounds sessions including finding speakers, ensuring appropriate clinically based topics are selected and advertising GR details to all DH medical staff weekly.
- Work with DH research team on their monthly research-based GR sessions

1. SRTT& LTFT
- To work alongside the SRTT Lead and provide administrative support to the SRTT team including data entry & maintaining database, organising courses and follow the current SRTT procedures in supporting trainees returning to work.

1. Finance
- Raise purchase orders on Oracle and be responsible for matching all department purchase orders to invoices received, maintain accurate records.
- Receive and process requests to add on new Oracle users.
- Process catering orders and liaise with KCL on any issues.
