**Position**: Customer Service Attendant

**Hours**: 30+ hours per week/5 days per week

**Pay**: £10.42-£10.92 per hour

Working as a Customer Service Attendant, you're the heart of the organisation.

You will be working alongside our fantastic team members, anticipating the needs of our valued customers, demonstrating excellent communication, people skills, and continue the first class service the 20,000+ customers that we have served have experienced since 2013.

Palace Amusements is part of a family owned company. Having opened our first Adult Gaming shop over _30 years ago_, we have never failed to make sure all of our shops are refurbished to the highest standard; with a long term vision, alongside our industry leading customer service, we pride ourselves on high levels of interaction between our staff and our customers, enabling them to offer the highest level of customer service possible.
