**JOB OVERVIEW**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Workplace Office Team Leader who is customer service focussed with clear, confident communication skills and previous experience in a similar role.

Working as a Workplace Office Team Leaderyou will provide a full office management service to the client, including all mail and distribution tasks, porterage, building audits, logging fault requests, ordering & stock management, visitor management, re-stockingsupplies including but not limited to stationery, coffee, tea & milk.

As a Workplace Office Team Leader you will look after the daily management of on-site teams including process, HR & financial assistance to Account Management. You will act as a point of contact and advise end users on all aspects of mail and distributionservices.

**DUTIES**

Your role as a Workplace Office Team Leader will include:

- Develop, maintain, and adhere to all detailed company systems, policies and procedures to undertake the scope of the role
- Own and deliver the fullest remit of the role
- Observe local security measures in line with client policies
- Sort and deliver mail including: Royal Mail Special and Recorded post, and courier items to all the required locations within the campus
- Collect and prepare all outgoing mail from required locations
- Engage and build relationships with end users and client contacts
- Act as a point of contact and advise end users on all aspects of mail and distribution services
- Complete all duties in a timely, professional, and polite manner
- To assist with all areas within the site/contract as required
- Take an active part in all staff training and development provided by the company, client, or external suppliers
- Hold team meetings and/or other meetings as requested by the Management team
- Follow and maintain company Quality Management Systems, including development, maintenance and implementation of continuous improvement procedures
- Ensure all QHSE policies are maintained and implemented as required to meet the scope of the service operation and to ensure all scanning staff follow the Health & Safety requirements
- Manage service delivery to ensure outstanding customer service to the client, customers and visitors to the client operation
- Ensure contractual Service Level Agreements are adhered to
- Be a customer service champion, take a pro-active approach to customer service management and promote good service standards
- It is expected that the Workplace Team Leaders will be customer focussed and should undertake training and development in both a pro-active and re-active manner to meet the needs of the scope of their role and manage their own personal development to allowthem to exceed in their role

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Computer Literate
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Customer Service orientated
- Well-groomed at all times
- Good time keeping
- Optimum personal hygiene practices
- Observe the dress code at all times - full uniform, clean and tidy hair, nails with conservative make-up and jewellery where appropriate. Due to Health and Safety issues no facial piercings with the exception of religious beliefs
- Previous experience of working in a similar environment
- Team player with an enthusiastic attitude
