**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Plan, develop and oversee excellent execution of multi-channel Marketing campaigns.
- Deliver brand-building and profitable growth, through Marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Key point of contact within Marketing for any/all supplier brands, ensuring that you are maximising all opportunities through third party relationships.
- Effective stakeholder management - ensuring there is close collaboration with our internal teams, to ensure a smooth delivery on all campaigns.
- Lead, inspire and develop our Marketing team in accordance with our company values.

**About you**:

- Ability to develop customer focused Marketing strategies and plans.
- Experience of successfully leading and developing a team.
- Can build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally with agencies and third parties.
- Ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
- Can interpret multiple data sources and identify the important actionable insights.
- Ability to present clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Omnichannel thinking, with the ability to design the right message for the right place and time.
