**Job Description**:
You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class commercial training to a diverse range of individuals from new joiners to the commercial department to existing commercial colleagues. Creating memorable training experiences where you will cover all Frasers Group commercial processes in a mix of face to face and online environments. You will support Learners from all the commercial departments - Management, Operations, Analytics, Group Brands and Planning and Pricing.
- Delivering engaging and memorable training events from specific commercial modules to full blown Graduate programmes
- Be an ambassador of commercial operational excellence and a role model for future talent within the commercial sector of the business
- Operating with a continuous improvement mindset, building on successes, and taking learnings to deliver an ever evolving training programme
- Pinpointing changes and enhancements that can be made to the learning content so that it’s always fit for purpose
- Work with the broader Group L&D team to shape world class experiences, making sure your training solutions are engaging, memorable and exciting
- Maintenance and updating of the annual training plan so we can fully accommodate all the learning needs for new and existing staff, and new brands that join the Frasers Group family
- Supplying stakeholders with key learning data to highlight progressions of Learners on programme, assessments scores, tracking upskilling numbers.

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced Trainer with a background in delivering induction and technical training to a wide variety of audiences
- Knowledge & experience of the retail/buying industry
- Experience of working in a learning environment where you supported Learners on an individual and group basis, with the focus on always getting the best out of them
- A confident verbal and written communicator
- Can adapt style and approach to the audience
- Positive, engaging, and enthusiastic
- Had exposure to supporting Learners on a blended and graduate programme
