**Primary Duties of this Position**:
The role is predominately office based and will involve accurately processing orders onto our computer ordering system. You will be expected to ensure order accuracy and communicate to our sister company any amendments and shortages. There is an expectation that you fully understand each customer needs and wants, ensuring that we are fulfilling and exceeding our customers’ expectations. We pride ourselves on our quality and service, which is founded on a wealth of knowledge of our industry. Therefore, you will need a hunger for knowledge and for learning the various nuances of the fishing industry.

**Main Duties of this Position**:

- Develop a thorough understanding of the order processing procedure.
- Ensure order accuracy is always upheld.
- To liaise with the buying and production team as orders come in to ensure availability and quality.
- Invoice all completed orders.
- Send all paperwork to our sister company at the end of the shift, ensuring all orders have been processed.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar sales position is advantageous, but not necessary.

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday - 19:00 to 00:00
- 25 hrs a week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
