**DVLA Enforcement Officer**
DVLA Glasgow (Based in Dalry KA24)
£11.25p/h (£25k per annum)

**Shift work including weekends**

Our Enforcement Officers play a big part in clamping untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA

Your day starts with a briefing from your manager and making sure you've got everything you need for the day ahead You'll drive one of our specialist ANPR vehicles which will locate untaxed vehicles on public highways as you drive by. You will then be responsible for making sure any vehicles flagged are clamped and dealt with in the right way

Dealing with members of the public is a big part of the role, sometimes in difficult circumstances, so you must be a great communicator.
- **What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?**_
- **Identifies and clamps untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.**:

- **Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines.**:

- **Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.**:

- **Work alongside other agencies, when required including, Police, DVLA and VOSA.**:

- **Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.**:

- **Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.**:

- **Completes daily reports regarding activities**
- **What do you need to be a DVLA Enforcement Officer?**_
- **Full UK Driving Licence**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**:

- **Self Motivated**:

- **Customer Focused**:

- **Ability to work shifts (Sat and Sun included)**:

- **Ability to work on own initiative**:

- **Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential**

**Salary**: £11.25 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
