We are looking for a **Digital Media Executive** to join our Performance Marketing team. The Digital Media Exec will be responsible for managing programmatic advertising campaigns. They will work closely with the senior programmatic executive and digital media manager to ensure campaigns are set up, monitored, and optimized to achieve set objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating, implementing, and optimizing large scale Display/Video/Native campaigns for multiple casino brands using a combination of tech and DSPS.
- Working with existing Publishers and Audience providers (Contextual & 3rd Party) to improve performance on the programmatic channel.
- Work with creative providers including Flashtalking to develop effective dynamic creative strategies.
- Work with the Senior Exec and Digital Media Manager to implement your own ideas and thoughts to scale up the programmatic channel.
- Update the wider team with campaign developments to ensure we are one step ahead of competitors.
- Weekly reporting and presenting of campaign performance and market highlights.
- Collaborating with brand/design to implement new creative A/B testing

- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline

**Experience Required**:

- Experience with a DSP including but not limited to Mediamath/Adform/DV360/TradeDesk
- Web/Google analytics knowledge and experience
- Highly proficient in using MS office
- Setting up campaigns from scratch - research, delivering media plans, execution
