**In the role of Payroll Officer your duties will include**:
- Running monthly payrolls for salaried and hourly employees
- Preparing monthly payroll for Dublin employees
- Running monthly payrolls for two subsidiary companies
- Running SAP maintenance testing - approximately twice a year
- General Maintenance of SAP Payroll Data
- Acting as a backup for SAP Key User role - creating work schedule rules for employees
- Administering the Cycle to Work scheme and Childcare vouchers - being the single point of contact for employees, approving and ordering vouchers and processing deductions
- Uploading holiday entitlement into SAP each year
- Producing annual P60s
- Producing information for the Gender Pay Gap Report each year Updating PSA spreadsheet on a quarterly basis
- Processing Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plans and Pension Applications
- Sickness Absence Monitoring & Reporting
- General Administration duties as required
**To be successful in the role of Payroll Officer you will need**:
- Previous extensive experience of end-to-end payroll processing
- MS Office Skills, with a focus on Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to multitask
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous working knowledge of SAP & Sage Payroll (advantageous)
- CIPD qualification level 3 (advantageous)
- A degree or equivalent in Business Administration (advantageous) Strong interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
This is a full time permanent role, working 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday. With a salary of £28,500 - £31,500 on offer dependant on experience and skills.
