We are delighted to offer this opportunity to join our complex emotional needs (CEN) pathway based at Gateway House in Wymondham.

The CEN pathway is funded from transformation money to provide clinical services to our services users in this pathway. You will be joining a small dedicated team within the wider CMHT, working under the guidance and supervision of the Band 6 practitioners. The service is overseen by a Principal Clinical Psychologist whom you will also have close working links with.

As an Assistant Practitioner within the CEN pathway at Gateway House you will be working in a supportive team to deliver excellent care.

You will be responsible for the planning, review and delivery of care and treatment in conjunction with the service users on your caseload.

You will support senior staff in the formulation, delivery and treatment of individuals under the pathway and will liaise with other agencies to ensure care needs are met.

You will require excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment.

Have undertaken a Foundation Degree level qualification, maintain, develop and evidence clinical knowledge, skills and competencies at all opportunities and through the competency framework.

Demonstrate Trust values of Positively, Respectfully and Together at all times towards service users, carers and colleagues.

Be accountable and work autonomously within clearly defined boundaries of the Assistant Practitioner competencies and carry out specific delegated tasks.

Deliver care and services within the strategic objectives of the organisation and promote the principles of Recovery.

**Please note that applicants for this role require**:
A Care certificate or completed within first 12 weeks of start date, or relevant equivalent qualification.

Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care / Mental Health at Level 5 or Apprenticeship in Health & Social Care / Mental Health Level 5.
