**Description**

As HR Advisor you will:

- Ensure there is compliance and best practice in employment standards
- Aid strategic HR goals
- Provide case-management assistance
- Act as a point of contact
- Provide training and coaching
- Manage ER cases
- Attend ER interviews
- Provide advice and guidance on HR issues
- Attend management and teams meetings
- Perform risk assessments for positive DBS checks
- Deal with positive occupational health declarations
- Liaise with recruiting managers about poor references
- Monitor developments in employment law
- Review and update HR policies and procedures
- Update the case load matrix
- Report professional issues
- Undertake ad-hoc project work
- Liaise with the Health and Safety Coordinator
- Recruit staff

**Profile**

As HR Advisor you should have:

- Proficiency in IT systems
- 3+ years HR experience
- Project management experience

**Job Offer**

£28630- £29534 per annum
