PMO (Technology Workstream

Overview:
This role will be part of the Phoenix Transformation programme, a unique one-time transformation opportunity designed to enable Nomad Foods to deliver, and possibly exceed, its financial goals through the strategy of ‘Simplify, Standardise, Automate & Transform’.

Phoenix is a portfolio of change projects and programmes, coming together as a business-led, technology enabled transformation. The portfolio is coordinated via the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATC), connecting the dots across a set of Functional and Cross-Functional Workstreams.

Each Functional Workstream has a dedicated Programme Manager coordinating and driving the changes at Workstream level. This role is required to support Cross Functional Workstream Programme Managers and teams.

**Responsibilities**:
This role is required to work alongside the Phoenix Cross Functional Programme Managers (predominantly the Technology Workstream Programme Manager, but with some time allocated to the Data & Analytics Programme Manager).

Activities will include (not exhaustive):

- Supporting the coordination and compilation of progress reports tracking against the Tier 2 plan (feeding from the Tier 3 level plans).
- Supporting the Programme Manager(s) with the coordination and facilitation of meetings, creating content and leading meetings as required.
- Coordination and management of Workstream documentation, covering Actions, Risks, Issues, Interdependencies, Decisions etc.
- Coordination and management of the minutes of a variety of meetings.
- Providing Project Management support for a handful of small sub-workstreams to help create plans and track progress against them
