Overview:
This role will be part of the Phoenix Transformation programme, a unique one-time transformation opportunity designed to enable Nomad Foods to deliver, and possibly exceed, its financial goals through the strategy of ‘Simplify, Standardise, Automate & Transform’.

Phoenix is a portfolio of change projects and programmes, coming together as a business-led, technology enabled transformation. We are now in the build phase of the program an require Subject Matter Expert Support in the Source to Pay (S2P) workstream to support effective delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
This role is responsible for ensuring the

Activities will include (not exhaustive):
Build
- Work as a key link between business, GPO, Lead SME and the technical team
- Support the review, cleansing and migration of data from SAP ECC to S4/Hana and SAP Ariba
- Support UAT testing by writing test scripts, designing training and providing technical support to testers
- Support the rollout of Ariba SLP and Ariba Buying into 14 markets and across 28 business units.
- Participate in workshops for development of standardised SAC reporting dashboards to support the S2P activities
- Work with multiple Finance and Supply chain workstreams to integrate Ariba, VIM, and MDG into the new process
- Review and recommend updated ways of working aligned to the new systems
- Weekly reporting of activities to Program Management
- Regular review of project plan and RAID logs with workstream program manager, proactively identifying any risks and issues to keep plans on track

Change
- Drive standardisation in the Source to Pay process aligned to the new Fit to Standard ways of working
- Assist in creation of change and engagement materials by providing system documentation, screenshots in presentations and demos
- Support delivery of Change Impact Assessments for all Business Units and input into detailed change management plan
- Document business use cases to support change management and creation of UAT scripts
- Complete training needs analysis assessments
- Support creation of training materials and support training delivery
- Role mapping of SAP Ariba roles to Nomad Business roles

Team
- As a part of a team able to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and priorities at the same time
