Inside IR35 - Insurance - Hybrid working
Our client, a leading insurance organisation are in process of a large Pricing Platform / Actuarial pricing transformation. The Programme Manager will lead the execution of a large, complex transformation programme consisting ofIT and non-IT componentsto deliver expected business value, ensuring that Change Management is strongly embedded from the start to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Role responsibilities**:
- _Program Initiation_:Set up and launch the implementation phase of a major transformation program by working closely with key stakeholders across business, technology and other functions on program vision / goals, governance, structure (includingAgile product teams), milestones / planning / roadmap, KPIs, Change management plan, stakeholders’ management.
- _Program Execution:_
- Work with actuarial pricing, underwriting and technology teams to ensure delivery of new pricing platform and successful migration of existing pricing models,
- Lead and own responsibility for all final deliverables for the product and has full back-to-front accountability,
- Monitor progress against milestones, KPIs and budget (incl. savings tracking).
- _Change Management:_Ensure that change management activities are appropriately anticipated. Share accountability to successfully enable implementation / ensure usage of the product in region.Involve Change Management Expert as needed.
- _Issue Resolution_:Identify and formalize any key issues and risks.Drive resolution and raise key decisions to the appropriate governance body.
- _Program Reporting_:Manage overall communication to all stakeholders (program sponsors/Steering Committee, Business Engagement Leaders, Managers).
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Experience in programme execution in the insurance industry
- Experience in implementing global pricing/underwriting solutions catering to local requirements whilst delivering to agreed budget and timeline
- Experience working with senior leadership
- Experience interfacing with actuarial, underwriting and technology professionals
- Trained and experience with agile ways of working would be a plus, in particular Product Owner roles
- Strong organizational, time management, communication and presentation skills
