We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for a Front of House Assistant to work at Portsmouth Grammar School - Main

We are looking for a new Front of House Assistant to join our team of talented caterers - working 20 hours a week Monday - Friday, with the occasional weekend requirement dependent on school events.

**Key responsibilities**
- To set up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with
the CH&CO standards.
- Work with colleagues to maintain food availability during service periods.
- Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
- Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using the correct tools and
presentation techniques.
