**About us**

Location - MST Birtley

MST Parts Group is considered one of the UK leaders in the earthmoving spare parts market and is the trusted supplier to most of the major earthmoving machinery operators working in the UK. We operate four stock and service locations in Birtley, Glasgow, Guildford and Birmingham.

MST form part of the USCO ITR Group, considered a global leader in the manufacture of undercarriage, GET and repair parts.

**Responsibilities**:
Train and supervise team of warehouse staff, working towards performance standards agreed with Manager.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the dispatch of goods.

Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ timescales/requirements.

Supervise and control order picking, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.

Communicate job expectations and coach employees

Determine staffing levels and assign workloads with Manager.

Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.

Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.

**Requirements and Skills**:
Proven work experience as a Despatch Supervisor or similar role.

Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.

Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.

Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Working Conditions**:
The role is a hands-on role working with the team to achieve daily demands.

The role involves working in a warehouse environment which may be noisy and busy.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
