We're looking for an experienced Mid-Weight Creative to join our Sheffield team to work alongside our internal teams on big brands. You will be passionate and versatile, hands on creative and be comfortable working on a wide range of projects; from brand and content campaigns to digital brand tools and film content.

You will be expected to grow a solid understanding of all our clients (including the Ride Shotgun brand) and have the ability to originate ideas on your own, as well as working with the creative, strategy and client service teams to develop outstanding solutions to demanding client briefs.

You will have strong communication skills, with an ability to present your conceptual thinking and creative output in a clear and engaging way. You’ll be encouraged and mentored by our team to refine your craft and take your creative thinking to the next level.

You will report to the Associate Creative Director.

**The role**
- Design and implement concepts for print, social and digital to the highest level
- Develop a good understanding and knowledge of our clients products, services and their business objectives / pressures
- Manage allocated time and resource on projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Understand and work within brand and corporate guidelines where relevant
- Use your experience and knowledge to identify and resolve design and production challenges
- Work together with the studio and account management teams to exceed client expectations and drive standards of creativity
- Communicate progress at every stage of the design process to facilitate the smooth running of work and planning schedules
- Produce creative solutions as required to a high level of finish for internal and external presentation
- Ensure creative output is quality controlled and accurate for clients and production teams
- Keeping up to date with current design and digital trends and techniques
- Getting stuck in and helping out with some art working and production may be required at times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years agency experience
- Proficiency in the relevant ADOBE CC programs is a requirement
- A broad portfolio showing us your great ideas
- Act as a creative conscience within the agency
- Be a positive, supportive and inspiring team member
- Actively promote the culture and values of the business
