Here at Prospero Health and Social Care we are looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic FULL TIME Domiciliary Care Assistants

An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen to support a range of different aged vulnerable individuals with a diverse range of needs, including learning difficulties, autism, physical disabilities, and complex challenging behaviour in a community caresetting. You will be required to take care of the individual's needs, Provide physical and emotional care and support. Manage the well-being and behaviour's ensuring significant behavioural or physical occurrences are addressed and managed accordingly, Dealwith a range of mental health issues and support routines.

What we require:

- **DRIVER ESSENTIAL- community care requires a driver.**:

- **At least 6 Months work experience in a care setting in the UK (MUST HAVE)**:

- **3 years of references without gaps (MUST HAVE)**:

- The ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations.
- A high level of patience and emotional resilience.
- A non-judgemental attitude regardless of a person's needs.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations.
- Experience of working in a similar setting.
- DBS check on the update service and all required checks as well as clean criminal record.
- An over sea's police check if required
