Recroot are looking for a Homelessness Project Worker to join the Low Support Women's Service based with Haringey Council.

Starting asap in an ongoing contract.

Working on a rota or early and late shifts (8am-4pm / 2pm-10pm)

As a project worker you will be responsible for providing practical support to individuals accommodated in various specialist accommodation services delivered by Haringey. This means delivering face-to-face, virtual and telephone-based support work to help people affected by homelessness to secure positive housing, health, employment and wellbeing outcomes.

As a project worker, you will support people by completing comprehensive assessments, safety planning and key working. You will work with people to identify their personal aims and support them to turn assessments into practical action plans. You will be responsible for supporting people to understand their rights and responsibilities to maintain their accommodation. You will work in partnership with others to facilitate move-on for homeless single adults.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £13.63-£16.85 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
