Recroot are looking for a Homelessness Project Worker to join our client based at Haringey Council.

This role is starting asap in an ongoing contract.

Supported Housing Service for those who have experienced rough sleeping and multiple disadvantage. Shift pattern working hours on a rolling rota, including earlies, lates and 2 weekends worked every 6 weeks.

As a project worker you will be responsible for providing practical support to individuals accommodated in various specialist accommodation services delivered by Haringey. This means delivering face-to-face, virtual and telephone - based support work to help epople affected by homelessness to secure positive housing, health, employment and wellbeing outcomes.

As a project worker you will support people by completing comprehensive client assessments, safety planning and key working. You will work with people to identify their personal aims and support them to understand their rights and responsibilities to maintain their accommodation. You will work in partnership with others to facilitate move-on for homeless single adults.

To do this you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including pathway services, the housing needs team at home for Haringey and a range of specialist external partners providing health, immigration and move-on support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £13.63-£18.13 per hour
