Five out of seven days on a rota basis; Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 10:15am to 6:15pm. Saturday 1pm to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm

- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to optimise the quality of the service delivered by the sales team in terms of business growth, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of the site orders ensuring that each one arrives at its destination and if not, taking whatever action is required.
- Handling courier queries from DPD and UPS ensuring accuracy and speed so that delays to deliveries are mínimal and avoided where possible.
- Responsible for staying up to date with industry goings on to ensure you can successfully generate leads and further increase your sites revenue.
- Manage the sites pending orders ensuring these are paid for and dispatched as quickly as possible.
- Carrying out frequent website test to ensure your site is operating effectively and if not, raising any issues with the IT/website teams.
- Handling customer complaints, ensuring they are with swiftly and logged correctly as per the company complaints handling procedure
- A keen eye for detail, have fluency in both written and spoken English as well as being able to prioritise a large ever-changing workload.
- You will need to be self-motivated and constantly push to achieve and surpass targets.
- Be fluent in German both verbally and written
- Ideally you will have customer service experience though this is not essential as full training will be provided
