We’re on the hunt for a talented New Business Administrator to join our team in Basildon.
This role will assist clients with queries, issue renewal notices and certificates, set up new business and provide admin support for the Sales, Marketing and Claims teams at PIUA.
**What you will do**
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Open and distribute post received
- Administer Direct Debit Collections via GIST & Go Cardless
- Process client covered new business including banking, preparation & basic queries
- Processing client covered renewals
- Dispatch weekly policy certificates/welcome packs
- Action filing/Scanning
- Assist the marketing team with a variety of administrative tasks
**Who we are looking for**
This is an opportunity for an organised individual with previous administration experience with a keen eye for detail who can prioritise their own workload and assist the team in managing theirs. You will be computer literate and have experience of using both Microsoft Word and Excel.
