Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Train and develop warehouse staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or potential issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and enhance overall warehouse performance
- Utilize AS400 or other warehouse management systems to track inventory, generate reports, and streamline operations
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, conveyors, and pallet jacks
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving processes, inventory control, and logistics operations
- Familiarity with AS400 or other warehouse management systems
- Ability to effectively lead a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is desirable
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
