This newly created role for a Customer Service Executive is with a business is who has big plans.

The business is on a great trajectory, offering a fantastic and innovative food product, and there will provide plenty of room to grow for people with ambition.

The role will require you to deliver a best in class customer service and deal with issues, answer queries and leave customers happy. You will be able to build relationships with customers that encourage brand loyalty and repeat purchase.

Key Responsibilities include:

- The first point of contact of the brand for many, you will be the 'voice’ of the brand, you will have excellent knowledge of the product and the brand
- Manage incoming customer correspondence, respond to all customer queries, investigate issues and manage and close any complaints.
- After sales support
- handling delivery enquiries.
- Manage delivery partners to ensure great service, be the main point person between the customer and the delivery company to ensure a smooth service.
- Track all correspondence, escalating to the technical team in a timely manner where required.

The team works in an open plan office at their production facility with an informal atmosphere. A collaborative approach is always encouraged and they try to make it a fun and productive workplace, where everyone can develop new skills. The role would suitsomeone who is a real self-starter and is results focused with a 'cando’ attitude. You will be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn alongside being very organised and able to prioritise tasks.

The role offers a salary of up to £27k + benefits.
