Responsible for shaping and enhancing the overall brand identity and driving content creation initiatives. This role involves overseeing brand development, content production, proactive PR opportunities, and managing a dynamic team of professionals. Ensuring a compelling narrative around our mission to transform the digital landscape, dedicated to delivering high-speed, reliable internet services to empower under-served communities and businesses.

**What you'll do**

**Brand Development**:Develop and enhance the overall brand identity, ensuring alignment with the company's values and objectives..Lead the evolution of the brand's tone of voice, ensuring consistency in messaging across all communication channels.Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand toolkit to ensure a cohesive visual and messaging identity.

**Content Production**:Drive the creation of engaging content in various formats, including written, visual, and video, to support marketing and communication initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the company's value proposition.

**PR & Events**:Proactively identify and capitalize on PR opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage. Develop a hyper-localized 3rd party events and opinion leaders strategy within the communities.

**What you'll bring**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to craft a campaign, with compelling messaging and a creative flair
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
- Proven experience in brand management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of content production whether in-house or working with agencies
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.
