**The Job**:
Our Head-Sommeliers are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. **Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to enhance the dining experience.
- Oversee the wine program, including selection, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Train and mentor the sommelier team to ensure high standards of service and knowledge.
- Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for both staff and guests.
- Collaborate effectively with chefs, waitstaff, and bartenders to ensure seamless service.
- Living in London (flexible with commuting).
- You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London
