Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a Recruitment company based in Salford.

**Role Responsibilities**

You will have previous experience dealing with posting invoices to the purchase ledger, ideally dealing with multi currencies. You will maintain good client records, file all invoices, post payments monthly using Bacs and Cheque reports. You will be in chargeof monitoring outgoing direct debits and maintaining ledger accounts. You will have previous admin experience within a finance department and experience of using different financial systems.

**Person Specification**

You will have good general Admin skills, the ability to organise your workload and work towards a deadline. You will be comfortable with business to business calls and have a detailed knowledge of Excel and Navision.

**Benefits and Rewards**

22 days’ holiday rising to 25 days after 12 months of employment (Public holidays are in addition to this entitlement). Extra day's leave for your Birthday. Option to work from home on a Friday once fully trained. Hours 8:30am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri.
