If you are passionate, hardworking, organised and ready for a professional challenge in the growth plans of an exciting & expanding restaurant brand this role could be for you.

Work with the wider marketing team to develop & deliver an annual marketing calendar from planning campaigns, developing creative content & evaluation across all platforms.

Social Media
- Creating & scheduling content, optimising social presence, managing local restaurant content & evaluation of social performance
- Work with the Digital Agency to understand, brief & monitor paid social campaigns
- Support the Reservations Team with social media community management - weekly communication including written briefs & develop a suite of guest comms
- Work with the Digital Marketing Agency to understand, brief & monitor targeted PPC campaigns
- Website - support the admin of the website, creating content/copy writing & ensuring the site is regularly updated & optimised

Build & develop skills to create marketing campaigns;
- Creative brief writing - produce detailed briefs for creative teams, manage deadlines & accurate sign off comms
- Photography - understand how to light shots, style food/drink & edit content, and support at photoshoots
- Artworking - gain basic understanding of the Adobe suite
- Develop a strong understanding of the guest - using data, insight & research to ensure the guest is at the core of all activities.
- Publish & monitor guest reviews across third party reputation sites - Google, Trip Advisor & Face Book, using the insight to brief the wider business (written presentations) on trends & guest feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency across all marketing comms & that brand guidelines are met.
- Support the marketing team with additional projects and initiatives including identifying trends & new technologies.
- Gain an understanding of costs & budget management, actively managing budgets for campaigns or projects.

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)

- Have a love for hospitality - experience of working in bars or restaurants a bonus.
- Be able to communicate - verbally & written skills.
- Be focused on delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Be flexible to work at the weekend & evenings - this isn’t a Mon-Fri 9am -5pm.
- Be able to drive (full driving license) & be able to commit to travelling to restaurants.

Training to be provided

Our Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship opens the doors to all areas of marketing for apprentices. From copywriting to web design, our programme allows apprentices to find their niche and kickstart what will hopefully be a bright career in the marketing industry. Ultimately, our Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship brings the best of both worlds. Apprentices will gain various creative and technical skills to implement in the workplace, benefiting their career progression. At the same time, your business will reap the rewards from a fresh face you can mould into the employee you want them to be.

- Effectively interpreting marketing briefs to delight clients
