During your shift, which will run from 07:30:00 to 18:30:00, you will be responsible for preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and assisting the surgical team with gowning and gloving. You will also be required to anticipate the needs of the surgeons during procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary instruments and supplies at all times.

As a Major Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner (ODP), you must have a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with the surgical team.
