Sales Ledger

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting a friendly and family feel business in Frome who are seeking a sales ledger to join the team on a temporary basis.
Key Duties:
- Dealing with incoming phone calls from customers
- Provide customers with copy documents as and when required
- Take credit card payments over the phone
- Post and allocate payments on customer accounts
- Liase with the sales department to resolve customer issues
- Monitor credit limits and payment terms
- Bank reconciliation
- Invoice and credit note uploads
- Setting up payments on the bank for staff/refunds to customers
- Credit Control

Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with an hourly rate of £11.60 per hour. Hours can be flexible or look at part time hours.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 weeks
