**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Contract and Site Managers.
- Working to strict deadlines.
- Organising site-based operatives.
- Assessing contract specifications.
- Liaising with clients, architects and other relevant stakeholders.
- Communicating with onsite operatives to establish requirements.
- Dealing with queries and amendments.
- Attending site meetings.
- Compiling site folders and health & safety information such as RAMS and Construction Phase Plans.

**Skills**:

- Minimum GCSE English & Maths C or above.
- Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
- Good mathematical, organisational and communication skills.

Attributes:

- Strong administration experience.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong I.T skills using MS Office.
- Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
- Mature with a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer relations skills.

The ideal applicant should have an interest in built heritage and historic restoration and be keen to expand their knowledge.

Training will be provided with scope for expansion.

Must be capable of working on own, following instructions, and using initiative.

Negotiable pay (hourly rate) dependent on experience with regular reviews.
