Dumper/roller Driver

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate dumpers and rollers in a safe and efficient manner according to company and industry standards.
- Perform pre-operation inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Transport and distribute materials such as soil, gravel, and asphalt to designated locations on construction sites.
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Work closely with the site supervisor and other team members to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Blue CPCS/NPORS certification for dumper and roller operation.
- Proven experience operating dumpers and rollers in a construction environment.
- Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour and operate heavy machinery.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
