**Senior HR Advisor**

**Contract Type: Full-time, 36 hours per week, permanent**

**Salary: starting at £40,379.00 with progression to £42,195.00 per annum**

We are recruiting an experienced, professional and pro-active Senior HR Advisor who will be able to confidently and efficiently manage ER casework.

Alongside experience of working in an HR Employee Relations role, you will have a sound understanding of employment legislation and the impact this has on HR practice. CIPD membership is also essential.

You will be working with a range of stakeholders across the college, including our Senior Management Team, therefore effective interpersonal and communication skills are crucial in order to be successful in this role. An ability to produce reports and outcome letters to a high standard is important, as well as an ability to analyse management data and use this to present solutions.

Ideally, you will also have experience of working in Further Education (or similar organisations) and the ability to use MHR iTrent, however not essential.

You should also be able to contribute to improvements to HR systems and be willing to undertake project work when required.
