Our teams across Finance Services process a range of financial transactions and ensure procedures and processes are followed to deliver a high-quality service to our clients.

The Finance Administrator is responsible for dealing with a range of duties including managing our client’s supplier database, paying invoices, running and analysing AP reports and resolving often complex problems. A high level of accuracy is essential and a desire to go the extra mile for our clients and their suppliers.

We have a number of full-time permanent and fixed-term contract positions available and it doesn’t matter if you don’t have previous experience working in a Finance focused role, what’s important to us is a proactive outlook and a positive attitude This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join our company who encourages curiosity and career development.

To do this role well you must have:

- GCSE level English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications) or the ability to work at this level
- MS Office package experience e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Willingness to positively take part in training and coaching

It would be desirable to also have the following:

- Experience of working within an Accounts team
- Experience of working with any finance systems
